Administrators can generate giving reports and manage cash and check donations. We offer some of the lowest transaction fees in the industry at 2.69% + 30¢ for Credit/Debit Card transactions, and 1% + 30¢ for ACH transactions.

How does Church Base Contributions work with my bookkeeping software (like Quickbooks)?
With Church Base, you can download an Excel giving report and import that information into your bookkeeping software. Within the Contributions module, you can also access accounting tools like end-of-year statements and donation management.
How soon are gifts deposited into our account?
Excluding holidays, deposits usually take 2 business days to clear (for credit cards and large banks). Smaller banking institutions may take an additional 1-2 business days.
